Respite care at Oak Tree Assisted Living is a short-term residential stay designed to give caregivers relief while ensuring their loved ones receive attentive, professional care in a warm, engaging environment. Residents who come for respite stays are fully integrated into our community – not treated as visitors, but as valued members of the Oak Tree family for the duration of their time with us.
Respite care stays at Oak Tree have a minimum duration of 30 days. Availability is subject to apartment availability. We encourage families to reach out early to discuss timing and availability.
What’s included in our respite care program
Every respite resident receives the same full experience as our long-term residents:
- Three meals daily, including family-style dinners and all-day snacks and beverages
- Complete access to our activities program, seven days a week
- Personalized care and medication management
- Full-time nursing oversight
- Access to on-site therapy services through Team Care Rehab (as needed)
- Use of all community amenities – salon, transportation, laundry, and more
- Safety features including emergency response systems and 24/7 staff presence
