Our Executive Director has led our community with passion and dedication for over a decade, and she’s not alone. Across every department, you’ll find staff members who’ve been part of the Oak Tree family for years.

When the staff has known you for years, they don’t just know your medication schedule – they know how you take your coffee, what music you love, and when something just seems off. Professional care with a personal touch
Our full-time nurse oversees clinical care and ensures every resident’s health needs are met. Our care team is experienced with two-person transfers, medication management, and a wide range of personal care services. We also partner with Team Care Rehab to bring physical, occupational, and speech therapy directly to our residents five days a week, right here on site.
